Google API Services User Data Policy

Who is requesting Google user data?

The data we access and/or collect is entirely and exclusively for Foudroyer services. This data is stored in our secure databases and is inaccessible to other users.

What data are we requesting and why are we requesting those data ?

  • We want to provide the best possible experience for authenticating on the service, all in a secure manner. That's why we have set up a connection via Google.
  • We want to be able to contact you quickly in case of problems, to keep you informed of news etc... That's why we store your email.
  • In order to verify that you are the owner of the websites you submit to us, we need to access the Search Console data via the Google API.
  • Once you have added a website and we have verified the ownership through the Google API, we will retrieve the URL of the sitemap of your site in order to retrieve the list of pages of your site. We store this data in our database but it will be deleted if you "deactivate" the affiliate website.
  • We need access to the Google Indexing API service to allow you to submit indexing requests to Google very easily. We do not store any data, Foudroyer is just an intermediary between you and Google.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
